New notebook bound in navy pastegrain leather with a gold-stamped WORK HARD PLAY HARD title. A fun, new addition to the Smythson series of Panama notebooks, perfectly sized for a pocket or handbag.
Features
  • Panama size notebook with 128 leaves of feint ruled Featherweight paper.
  • Featherweight paper is half the thickness and weight (50 grams per square metre) of normal paper so a great many pages can be contained in a very slim, light book. Normally such thin paper is not appropriate for use with a fountain pen but Featherweight paper is tested to ensure that it is strong and opaque enough to be used with fountain pens without bleed.
  • The pages are thread-sewn and therefore cannot fall out despite everyday use.
  • Gilt-edged pages.
  • Bound in Hertfordshire, England.
  • WORK HARD PLAY HARD gold-stamped on the front cover, to which a name or initials may be added.
  • Presented in a tissue-lined Nile blue gift box tied with navy grosgrain ribbon..
