Standard delivery charges are complimentary for orders over £500. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. Due to current legislation, we are unable to deliver to private addresses in the Russian Federation. Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Collect in store
We offer a collect in store service for any personalised orders made online, for collection in store Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed by 2pm the preceding working day and can be collected from our New Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Westbourne Grove and Sloane Street stores. Please be advised that the Royal Exchange store is closed on Saturdays. Upon collection, please ensure that you bring your confirmation email and the card used to purchase the item.
This service applies to all gold, silver, or blind–stamped items but does not include personalised stationery.
