Complimentary shipping on all orders until Tuesday 30th August 2016

All orders are sent by carefully selected carriers, are fully insured in transit, and require a signature upon delivery. N.B. Sale Bags and Handbags will be wrapped in dust bags. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Due to current legislation, we are unable to deliver to private addresses in the Russian Federation.

collect in store

We offer a complementary collect in store service for gold, silver or blind stamped personalised orders made online.

Collection is available from New Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Westbourne Grove and Sloane Street stores Monday to Saturday, excluding Friday 1st January 2016. Orders must be placed by 2pm GMT the preceding working day for next day collection.

Please be advised that the Royal Exchange store is closed on Saturdays.

Upon collection, please ensure that you bring your confirmation email and the card used to purchase the item.

This service does not apply to personalised stationery orders.

Express shipping and collect in store is not available for this service.
