Please allow an additional two working days for leather items requiring personalisation. For engraving on pens and pencils please allow an additional five working days.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature on delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to reach you.

Orders are sent via international courier and require a signature on delivery. Please allow up to 7 working days for orders to arrive.

Bespoke Stationery and Cards: Orders for personalized bespoke stationery items are put into production only upon receipt of full payment. We aim to despatch all orders within seven working days of receipt of full payment and your approved proof (if required). Smythson will endeavour to meet all delivery dates, barring unforeseen circumstances. Certain combinations of envelope size and colour, if tissue-lined, may extend this period by a few days.
