Returns Policy
Smythson.com offers a 14 day refund or exchange service for all purchases returned in perfect condition, accompanied by the original documentation and packaging to a Smythson store (excluding concessions or airport stores) or by post to Customer Services. Please be advised that only diaries that are purchased online or via our Direct Sales team are included in this service.
For refunds or exchanges for Retail sales, please refer to the details on your store receipt.
Please ensure that all Smythson.com returns sent to our Customer Service dept are handled by an insured carrier. Smythson cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Smythson will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised stationery or personalised leather products.
Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise exchange or online gift card. Exchanges will only be offered, at the current retail price, for products in perfect condition, with the original packaging, for non-discontinued collections or lines.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
