A new take on our iconic Ludlow leather, our large grain calf leather has an exaggerated crossgrain texture that lends an elegant, yet hard-wearing quality. Seen across a selection of pieces, from briefcases and shoulder bags to passport covers and wallets, each piece will withstand the test of time while remaining soft and supple.

Leather Type

Ludlow - Grained Leather

A true classic, our Ludlow calf leather references the soft feel of deerskin but is more robust over time, allowing it to maintain its soft and supple nature. After embossing the leather to add a natural grained effect, our artisans then use a special 'tumbling' treatment to bring out the natural grain, softening the fibres to ensure a luxuriously yielding texture. The final finish is semi-matte to give a rich and powdery look.
