Additional Delivery Information

The estimated delivery times above include warehouse processing and
transit time. The delivery option and estimated date available for your order
will be shown at checkout.

The estimates do not include the additional production time required
for personalised products. Please see the information below.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with your carrier information and a tracking link.

Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered to the United States are sent duties paid. Any
applicable duties and taxes are included in the total shown at checkout, so you
should not be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.

Personalised Leather Goods

Please allow two additional business days for personalised leather
goods before dispatch. The delivery estimate shown at checkout applies after
this production time.

As personalised leather goods are made to order, they are not
eligible for return unless faulty. This does not affect any rights you may have
under applicable law.

Personalised Stationery

Once your order has been placed, we will email you a technical
typeset proof for your approval. Production will begin only after we receive
your approval. Please allow seven business days for production from approval of
the proof; delivery time is additional.

Express delivery is not available for personalised stationery.

As personalised stationery is made to order, it is not eligible for
return unless faulty. This does not affect any rights you may have under
applicable law.
