We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 1pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day; orders placed after 1pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will dispatched the following Monday.

Collection is available from New Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Westbourne Grove and Sloane Street stores Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. Orders must be placed by 1pm GMT the preceding business day for next day collection.
Please be advised that the Royal Exchange store is closed on Saturdays.
Upon collection, please ensure that you bring your confirmation email and the card used to purchase the item.
Please note this service is only available for personalised leather items and does not extend to personalised stationery orders.

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number. Due to current legislation, we are unable to deliver to private addresses in the Russian Federation.
Customs & Duty Charges
-Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient when purchasing in Great British Pound (GBP £).
-If you are shipping to the United States please change to USD $ in the header of the website for delivery duty paid (DDP).

Personalised Leather Goods
Personalised items require an additional 2 business days for completion and cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds.
Express shipping and collect in store is not available for this service.
Once your order is placed, we will email you a typeset proof to review. After approval, please allow eight business days for your order to be complete and dispatched.
