Additional Delivery Information

All orders, including personalised items, must be placed by 1pm (GMT) Monday–Friday for the stated delivery timings to apply.

Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. Express orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed from Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Please allow two additional business days for deliveries to remote locations and islands.

Standard delivery is not available to Malta and Cyprus. Express delivery is available for these destinations.

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

In line with current international regulations, delivery to private addresses within the Russian Federation is not available at this time.

Customs & Duty Charges

All items are shipped from the United Kingdom. For deliveries to EU member states (including Monaco), duties and taxes are covered by Smythson.

Orders delivered to European countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
