Additional Delivery Information
All orders, including personalised items, must be placed by 1pm (GMT) Monday–Friday for the stated delivery timings to apply.
Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day. Express orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed from Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Please allow two additional business days for Highlands and Islands.
Order Tracking
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.
In line with current international regulations, delivery to private addresses within the Russian Federation is not available at this time.
Customs & Duty Charges
Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient when purchasing in Great British Pound (GBP £).

Express shipping is not available for this service.
Once your order is placed, we will email you a typeset proof for approval. Production will commence upon confirmation. Please refer to the table above for delivery times which are applicable once approval in confirmed back to us via email.
