  • Any orders for the Park Avenue font that include full stops or motifs, or have more than 2 letters, will be cancelled/sent without stamping and a refund processed for the personalisation element of the order.

Delivery & Returns

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, order by 11.59pm (GMT), Tuesday 16th December 2025.
Every piece is hand-wrapped in a signature blue box, ready to be placed under the tree.

Standard delivery is $20, duties and taxes included. We offer complimentary delivery when orders are over $500.

Due to their bespoke nature, personalised orders will require additional business days.

Your US returns can be sent back to us free of charge by using the returns label included in your original delivery packaging.

Our returns policy has been extended for the festive period. Items purchased from 1st November 2025 onwards can be returned until 11th January 2026.
